Mr. Wijesinha is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Management Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. With over 45 years of experience in the fields of industry, commerce and financial services, Mr. Wijesinha has served as Chairman on the board of many leading companies in Sri Lanka. He is currently Chairman of two listed companies, Watawala Plantation PLC, and RIL Property PLC.

He is a Past President of the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka and a past Chairman of the Employers' Federation of Ceylon. In the financial services sector, he has been a past Chairman of NDB Bank PLC, Deputy Chairman of Sampath Bank PLC and Siyapatha Finance PLC, Director of DFCC Vardhana Bank PLC, and Managing Director of Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka PLC. In the industry sector, he was a past General Manager of Ceylon Ceramics Corporation and Chairman and MD of Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC.

Mr. Wijesinha has a keen interest in Japanese management techniques, several of which he has initiated in Sri Lanka. In recognition of his efforts in promoting productivity in the Asia Pacific Region he was awarded the Regional Award by the Asian Productivity Organisation.

Mr Fernando is an industry expert with over twenty years of experience in Capital Markets and Financial Services. A graduate of the University of Sri Jayawardenapura and a skillful athlete he has used this discipline and sportsmanship to cultivate strong relationships based on trust with the board, regulators, employees and clients.

During his 16 years of service to SC he boasts of many acquisitions and mergers and large scale deals. His ethical trading practices and ability to foresee both macro and micro economic trends have resulted in financial growth even in depressed market conditions. As CEO, Mr Fernando not only oversees the daily operations at SC but also spearheads the entire sales force motivating them to perform at their highest level. In addition to these he continues to manage portfolios and coordinate strategic planning for clients.

A product of Ananda College, Colombo, Mr. Prasantha Lal De Alwis obtained his LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) and LL.M (Masters in Law) from the University of Colombo. It is 35 years since he was admitted and enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law. He was a State Counsel of the Attorney General’s Department for seven years. He then joined the unofficial bar in the year 1991 and today he practices in the Trial and Appellate courts of Sri Lanka. Mr. De Alwis was appointed a President’s Counsel in year 2012. Mr. De Alwis was a Director at Sampath Bank PLC for 9 years (2002-2011) and Deputy Chairman of Siyapatha Finance PLC (a member of the Sampath Group) (2011-2020),had to retire due to the Corporate Governance Rule.

He joined the board of Softlogic Holdings PLC as a director in 2011. He is the chairman of Alethea International School and also a Director of SC Securities (Pvt) Ltd, Assetline Leasing (Pvt) Ltd, Coral Sands Hotels Ltd. He is a member of Councils of Gampaha Wickremarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine in Sri Lanka, University of Moratuwa, Buddhist and Pali University. He is also a member of the Press Council of Sri Lanka, member of the faculty board of Faculty of Law, University of Colombo and member of Centre for Study for Human Rights (CSHR) of the University of Colombo.

He is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) U.K. Mr. De Alwis is presently the Honorary Legal Advisor of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Sri Lanka. He was a director of the board of management of the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute of International Relations and Strategic Studies (LKIIRSS).

He was a founder member of the Consumer Authority of Sri Lanka in year 2002. He was an Advisor to the Hon. Minister of Export Development from 2008 to 2009. Mr. De Alwis was the National President of Junior Chamber Sri Lanka in the year 1997. He is a Senator of Junior Chamber International and also a Certified National Trainer.

Mr. Kulatilake has an MBA from AIB Australia where he specialized in marketing management. He has over 20 years of experience in the Securities Industry both in Sri Lanka and overseas, with over 10 years of experience in mutual fund valuations. Before migrating to Canada, he worked for two leading stock broking companies in Sri Lanka. In Canada he held a management position in the wealth management division of TD Bank. He is also Professional member of Chartered Institute of Marketing Management of Ontario.

Mr Duvidnu Adithya is an Certified HND Level 6 Top up Computer System Administrator (CHEN / CWNA / CLNA / CCNA) of Turnkey IT Campus (London), and BEng (Hons) in Computing Networking Top-up (London Metro Campus) - E soft Metro Campus (reading). currently reading for HND Computing with Network Engineering Special of E soft Metro Campus of Sri Lanka. more than 2 years of experience in the Stock brokering sector and 1 years in the Banking sector.

Pradeep Jayantha is a Graduate of the University of Kelaniya, possessing a Bachelor of Business Management Special Degree in Finance and currently following strategic level at ICASL having more than 4 years of experience in the Financial sector and 2 years in the non-financial sectors.

Currently, he serves as a Manager Risk and Compliance of the SC Securities Pvt Ltd and previously he served as a Manager Finance & Administration of the same Company. In addition, he has past working experience with the following Companies - Sampath Centre Pvt Ltd, Siyapatha Finance PLC, PWC and EY.

A qualified Investment advisor with an additional discipline of a BSc (Chemistry Special) from the University of Colombo Mrs. Anuradha Jayasinghe uses her 17 years of experience and knowledge of the Colombo Stock Market dynamics to spearhead her team. Her tenure boasts of a few acquisitions and expert executions of orders of foreign institutional investors.
